Individualized Learning and
Caregiver Support

A professionally designed educational program for children who need more individualized support than a traditional school, tutoring, or therapy program can provide.

Each learner receives clear academic and functional goals, individualized instruction, appropriate learning materials, and ongoing progress monitoring. Caregivers are trained and supported to implement the program consistently during everyday learning routines.

Which Package Is Right for My Child?

The appropriate package is determined by the frequency and intensity of professional oversight required - not by a diagnosis.

Following the initial consultation, families receive a recommendation based on the learner's educational needs, the caregiver's level of independence, the amount of curriculum adaptation required and the frequency with which progress should be reviewed.

Essential Learning Guidance
AED 3,000 per month

For families with a caregiver who can implement the learning program fairly independently but needs professional direction, appropriate goals, and regular accountability.

 

Includes:

  • One caregiver coaching and learner-review session each month

  • Support for three to five priority learning goals

  • A recommended weekly learning schedule

  • Monthly instructional materials for agreed goals

  • Progress-monitoring tools and data sheets

  • Monthly review of student work and caregiver data

  • One monthly parent update

  • Adjustments to strategies and materials as needed

  • Formal plan review every 12 weeks

Comprehensive Learning Partnership
AED 5,000 per month

For learners who require regular individualized programming, adapted academic materials and closer professional oversight.

 

Includes everything in Essential Learning Guidance, plus:

  • Two caregiver coaching and learner-observation sessions each month

  • Individualized weekly instructional plans

  • Weekly or fortnightly adapted learning materials

  • Academic programming across agreed priority areas

  • Ongoing review of caregiver data and student work

  • Regular adjustments to goals, instruction and materials

  • One monthly parent consultation

  • Coordination with one relevant therapist or professional when needed

  • Monthly written progress summary

  • Formal plan review every 12 weeks

  • Limited support between sessions during defined business hours

Intensive Educational Oversight
AED 7,500 per month

For learners with complex academic, communication, behavioral, physical, medical or developmental needs who require frequent adjustments and multidisciplinary coordination.

Includes everything in the Comprehensive Learning Partnership, plus:

  • One caregiver coaching and learner-observation session each week

  • Extensive individualized programming across academic, communication, functional and independence domains

  • Weekly instructional plans and adapted materials

  • Frequent progress-data review

  • Video review of caregiver implementation when appropriate

  • Coordination with relevant therapists and professionals

  • Two parent consultations each month

  • Support with visual systems, assistive technology and alternative response methods

  • Detailed monthly progress report

  • Transition and school-placement planning when appropriate

  • Priority scheduling

  • More frequent program adjustments when the learner’s needs change
